HOW DOES A PROGRAM WORK?
Working directly with head coach and consultant Tom, we sus out the history and root causes of your emotional disregulation, and possible past traumas, and where your energy for life has either been misdirected and how to re-align with what would give you joy, success, or relief from feeling like everyday in life is a struggle. By using linguistic and unconcious re-programming through multiple modalities, you can have the fluid perspective on life which means more flexibility to do the shit you love, and being more joyful, rather then resenting facing your life on a Monday.

Workshops are designed based on community and coporate needs using breathwork flows, mindset resources, meditation practices, and mental wellness strategies.
